    Most of the more interesting floating plants are blacklisted in SA as they are quite invasive.
    It is very pretty though.

    It's called the Mosaic Plant (Ludwigia Sedioides). Been looking for it for years. No luck yet.

    Apparently it's a stem plant. It pushes its leaves to the water surface, so I can't imagine it being an aggressive grower.
