Torpedo barbs

Hi. Does anyone has some info on the Redline torpedo barbs? I bought a few and they are awesome fish. There is not much available on the web. Does any one have more info on them or maybe have some? Thanks

 

Wow, thanks. Got most thinks right first time accept some smooth rocks. Will have to get some. Have a powerhead in the one corner and a canister filter so the filtration should be sorted. I have 10 torpedo barbs and 6 Botiine loaches in a 1.2m tank. Hope the loaches wont be a problem. If I get my sump up and running in my 2.4m tank they will go their soon, but still deciding on that.


Maybe keep them in the 1.2m and get a few Cardinals with it they are compatible.

Its a pleasure I live on google so things are easy to find if you just no how to word it.... If I may how much did you pay for them I saw panararma pet shop has then for R114 each !!!

 

Bought ten for R80 bucks each. Thinks it was a bargain. I have small Skunk Loaches with them.

Torpedo barbs nice fish and beautiful. they come from India.
but bad is low temp. i was they into discus tank do not good work.

@Elliiot... Rather in future just post the link to the site containing the relevant info, provided it is not a 'commercial' site that is selling livestock or equipment. Copying and pasting can cause a lot of issues with regards to Copyright, and can leave TASA liable should the copyright holders persue.

Usually you can check on the websites T&C's as to their copyright conditions. Some will say that you can copy, provided you quote the source, others do not even allow this!

Hope this clears things up a bit??

Oh and @Gregorian. Do a search for Puntius denisonii. That should deliver a few more results?
