I am going with the prolapse colon. I found this on the internet. Maybe it will help:

[TD="colspan: 2"]If the color of the protrusion is more of a red-ish color, the leading suspect would be camallanus. If the color is white, it could be a prolapsed anus. Both happen, although camallanus would have to be introduced. And if one fish get's it, they all will get it. A prolapsed anus will be unique to a specific fish and not spread.

Camallanus is very difficult to treat. But before I go into that process please google it to see if the symptoms fit your fish.

A prolapsed anus is also difficult to treat as there can be several causes. It either heals or it does not. It can be a sign of blockage, which would eventually be fatal.

Recommended treatment (for prolapsed anus) would be:

    1. Stop feeding for a couple of days.

    2. Dose with Epsom salt at 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons

    3. dose with API General Cure (or another medication containing metronidazole & praziquantel, such as Jungle Tank Buddies Parasite Clear).

If it's a prolapsed anus, you need to change the foods to something that contains less meat protein. While many flakes are advertised as "veggie flakes", if you look at the ingredients you will likely find fish meal listed at the top. You should also increase the amount of "wet foods", such as fresh veggies, as a constant dry diet can be cause.

I do not know. I think that you need to look at the contents of the flakes to make sure that it does not contain mostly fish meal. Google 'Prolapse rectum in fish' and read what the suggestions are. I know that they mention peas that are cooked and shelled. Otherwise, I have no idea. I think that @Dirk or @Altum would be the best ones to advise you.

    IRMA ???

Its not a redish colour,so it must be the anus, using a food flake from tetra,it was a cheapy, so it might be the food, should i add apson salt for all ofthem and what is the dosage. They all die if they get that,so should i firstly just change the food?

Started yesterday,no improvements... I moved all the healty fish to an 100L tank and left the sick ones in the pond,so im testing it on them first, but im not sure that they will survive in the pond much longer. The fry, many of them in a smaller tank, some of them a bit skinny but ill be watching them

Hi again, just an update, the sick fish all died. Probly 2 months ago. So i decided the healthy fish must go aswell,so they did but i kept 5 of them, would you believe how good its going for them,i just decided no more special care. The fry i leave them in the tank, the algea i decided not to remove even if it looks bad. The fish are between 4-6cm,very healty and probly 20-30 fry swimming around. So the viruses and all the probs i had once, are over and a fresh beginig. Also made a tank, split in 3,not sure if im getting bettas or perhaps strains i wanna breed. So so happy things made a turn after 2 years of problems almost
