Not my fish but I cannot get a decent pick of them. All three that I have removed has a bubble either over the eye or the under the gill with a worm like that in.

Wanted to know should I treat the whole tank? I have removed all three of them they are in a QT tank for now no treatment since I have no idea what to do.

    Thanks

That does look like a parasite of sorts. Try getting a seachem product or an intrepets product.

You must treat the whole tank. Tetra an seachem has good parasite poducts.

It might be anchor worm. Search for some photos on the net on anchor worm and see if it looks similar.
