Pleco Compatibility

    Hi all,
    I currently have a 600L community tank with a 300L Sump.
    I have a 32cm Albino Sailfin Pleco in there which I have had for over 12 years, and have just been asked to keep a common pleco from a family member.
    The common pleco is around 20cm +/- so I want to know if these two would get along or if it would cause territory issues or something that could bring harm to either of them?

    no problems and 600L ample of space to spread it.
    and the size is are not far apart as well.

    feeding on the other hand, try spread the food apart aswell.
    Cos they tend to fight more for food

    in my experience these things are a bit hit and miss, sometimes they get along fine, other times the dominant pleco will harass the other to death..

    ive seen big plecos like this fight for dominance in the tank then they make a big mess of everything.

    and those are the times when they crack heaters and damage equipment.. they weigh a ton at that size...
