    @Cheetah
    Looking good.
    When do you anticipate to start putting the tanks in?

    Wow die hard steel... I'm hopefully getting a stand in this week coming with a design similar to yours although for smaller tanks. I'm creating more of a fish wall than room lol. So your build will be a good guide line. Thanks

    lol.... @Reedfish three weeks ago.... every day something new comes up... like... today I decided that the door must open to the outside... so's I can fit more inside of the room... that sets me back by another 4 days... "ad hoc" decisions will decide if I am back in by next week Friday.... let's play it by ear.....

    Here is the before & after of the second stand of 4.... (this stand was also made somewhere around 1975/6 and is also a first refurbishment for it in almost 40 years)

    lol.... the irony of this whole exercise is... that I am upgrading all of this without doing my homework to establish if I have the market to justify even half the costs of it... (or alternatively... just to break even)... Certainly not in the Kimberley market..... I have bred approximately 40 different species in the past... and... my intentions are to breed.... Maybe if I deliver to Bloemfontein... it can be viable... else... I am going to be stuck with a great fishroom.... and thousands of fish.... lol.... Bloem???... do we have any Bloemfontein dealers on this forum??.....

    he he ... surely if you breed the more expensive fish it might still be viable to do JHB / CT delivery - else you need to start looking for a lift club of sorts. In the end it is good that you have the time and energy to be doing the project - esp considering the amount of time you have previously invested in these tanks before.

    Love the thread - keep them pics coming.

    Suddenly... now that I move the stands back in.... the space seems limited...... I have moved 3 of the 4 stands back in.... Still one to collect that has to go against the wall behind me.... I will start putting the tanks in the stands on Friday.... after connecting the wall mounted heater.....
