MTS.... Pics please?!

We've all heard about this affliction. Now we need to see the reality of it.. C'mon guys and gals, come out of the closet and show us pictures of how many tanks you have jammed into one room. Don't be embarrassed...we understand.

 

MTS is a right of passage. Stand up for your rights.

 

Anyone who just read that and thought, whew, at least I'm not the only one with tanks in my passage, your pics are the ones we want

I don't have MTS(I think?), but here's my lounge and dining room.

 

I use to have 3500l in my garage haha. I'll try get the pictures

1. Brackish tank 350 lt:
(2 silver scats, 1 Red scat,3 F8 puffers, 6 Knight gobies)

2. Hillstream tank 220 lt:
(4 swellia, 8 assorted rasboras, 2 green striped bulldog pleco)work in progress.

3.600 lt loach etc tank:
(4 blue botia, 4 clown loaches, 5 zebra loaches, 2 yoyo loaches, 2 sumo loaches, 6 schistura (red tail loach), 1 skunk loach, a featherfin syndontis, some corys, 3 gouramis)

4. More loaches 250 lt:
need to throw out that hut! (5 yoyo, 2 polkadot, 2 horseface & 12 khuli loaches, 6 assorted cories, 2 gold gouramis, 1 rainbow shark )

5. brackish mudskipper tank 130 lt DIY:
(1 atlantic mudskipper & some sailfinn mollies)

6. First attempt at planted 200lt (will be losing all those plastic plants soon):
diy co2 and some flourite red in the back behind the rocks (1 dwarf puffer and a rainbow shark) I will be putting cories and maybee some congo tetras-not sure.

7,8 & 9 60 lt snail breeders PUFFER FOOD in the fishroom- lots of diy going on there, (sumps,light hoods etc):

Then there is a plywood / fiberglass 1000lt tank in progress in the guarage.....dont know where that came from

Need to get a second Job soon, to support this addiction..........seriously!

My eldest, Cade (10) wants a room of his own, luckily we live in a huge house on a game farm, it used to be a game lodge but when my boss purchased the farm, (about 5 km away from the dairy where I work) I got to move in....anyway it has a huge (12x6m) entertainment area, and i am in the process of moving my fish over so he can have the fishroom.NOT looking foreward to catching/moving all those loaches!

I'll take some pics of the entertainment area/new fishroom, and my plywood tank in progress,

Haha.. Make Cade work for his independance. Your electricity bill must be quite high though? North West gets cold I'd imagine?

 

Electricity is high about R 1800-2000/ month in summer, R2500 in the winter.Temps go down to -2, but not for long.
That's when the fish room works nicely, just heat the room and keep the door closed.

 

Wow, so far all the tanks I`ve seen on this thread is beautiful!
