    Just a question is Blue fresh water lobsters illegal/blacklisted or can you keep them?

    Blacklisted! very invasive.

    Just some advice, I know they might look tempting to buy, but they are very aggressive and will eat your fish if they get a chance. Rather give this one a skip.

    They are best enjoyed with lemon butter and garlic, grilled over an open flame.

    They are actually horrible things. Extremely invasive, nasty little critters that cut plants off, kill and hunt fish. They're opportunistic feeders and will catch anything that lies motionless in your tank. They are banned, and rightly so.
