Guppy Dilemma

Hey.
Ok so i had 2 male guppy's swimming in my 400L tank alone. But today i got some great endler guppy's and they look awesome.
They are all together at the moment but I don't really want to mix bread them. Would it be considered a bad thing/unethical if I bread Hybrid Guppies?

 

No breaking your head over this as the deed is done already..... I wouldnt mix them,although I have seen some spectacular Hybrids.....just dont go passing the progeny along as Endlers in the future...cos they wont be....

 

Quickly get a second tank.

 

Yip already got the second one up and running. Guppys are going there soon

 

what is an endler guppy?

 

Just take note that those Guppy males would already have inseminated the Endlers females...(horny little buggers them livebearers...) - so for the next four to 6 fry drops there will be some form of hybridization in the fry...females of the Poecilia Genus actualy store sperm from the male for up to 6 months.... So,only after this time period has elapsed(and you remove the fry to raise elsewhere - to prevent the young hybrids breeding with the original stock) - can you say that you will be getting true Endlers fry again...
