Gourami has 4 feelers

Good day everyone.


Just want to know if someone on here has bred dwarf gouramis? The reason for asking I bred some in September and no they are looking nicely and I have one monster that I had to move because he is 3 times the size of his brothers and sisters. He is now in a 50l tank and today I saw he has four feelers (pelvic fins) so two on each side.

I just want to know if they grow new ones, as they get older and the old ones just falls off or if he is just special.

It was the best i can do for now. Extremely difficult to get him to show all , here you can see 3. The two on the right(his left) and the left(his right) is smaller but still there behind the feeler.

 

Mother Nature made a little failure hahaha.

Not with me now. but they are normal fish lol . the male, a flame red and the female is from powder blue blood line. On inspection it looks like the red will be more dominant as he is starting to show red color on his fins.

 

Ahhhh ok. Might be cause that is more to the natural coloring
