    And unfortunately it is not only chlorine but Chloramides aswell. Chlorine evaporates when you age the water Chloramides need Prime (or similar) to remove.
    And remember that aging water is also needed to get rid of dissolved gasses in the water. Tap water is at high pressure and contains gasses like a soda can. The gasses come out of solution when the pressure is released. These dissolved gasses coming out of solution can give your fish an embolism. Appart from pH and temperature that all stabilize in aged water.
