Calico crossed Super Red Ancistrus

I know what you mean bro. Even I have a fascination with breeding. I couldn't help myself. Setting up a 12 tank breeding rack at the moment.

Very unusual to see people breeding colour variants of ancistrus.

Not the best of pictures but, my old cell camera will have to do.
Orange colors are really popping out and they super healthy.

 

Photos were taken in January making them 23 days old

 

Love it! They are becoming real little lookers! Did the adults gave it another go already?

yes they have

Notice the first picture two days ago, there is one fry with little to no yellow/orange color, just plain white with black

 

Can't wait to see these little suckers grow up!

They are looking absolutely amazing.
Dare I say the best looking ancistrus I have kept.
Looks lik00e there is two color variants. Most are orange with black splashes . Then there are a few white in color with black blotches.
As they grow older they just getting better looking. 0
I might be bias, like all parents feel there kids are the cutes est. LOL.

Yeah man the savings were good as I think dirk also mentioned that he was tired of been ripped off
but iv been saying for ages tho I don't speak about it on the forum.
