was referred to this site and its an interesting read was wondering if theres anyone that works with these principles of "threes" and focal points, and was wondering how "natural" are these nature aquariums as visually appealing as they might be or am i missing the point?

These scapes,"Nature Aquariums"are never meant to be natural in the sense that it is a piece of river or lake replicated in a aquarium. The scape is an impression or portrayal of a scene or picture or even just something you saw in veld.It is what artist calls impressionism, like Van Gogh, etc,

If you ever had the opportunity to have a look at a underwater scene,in a river or dam,you would probably be very disappointed.
