This morning I woke up to find my smaller/younger Female started to spawn. This was 5:45 am, I immediately started to get the guppy breeder ready. WOW, what a spawn, she was busy for almost 6hours!!!!!!!

Tried to count all of the eggs, I’m estimating it to be over the 200 eggs, as I only counted the one side of the breeder, and already I was standing on 100+ eggs.

The fertility rate looks a lot better, as I see most (50% +) have been fertilized, will leave them for a while, and confirm later how many are actually fertile.

This time, I’m ready for the spawn, already have my BBS going as well as my MicroWorm Culture.

    Will keep you updated.

i used my phone, so the pic is not the best, but as you can see, my one Bronze Male had a go with the Albino Female, and now i have a few dark ones as well!

I read somewhere that you're supposed to have about 2:1 (male:female) ratio for all the eggs to be fertilised. This might be why all the eggs weren't fertilised
