Hi there ,just an update .I moved the female to the 90 and decided to rather move the male back to the community tank for a few days .

She looks stressed out and her fins took a proper beating and her one eye looked a bit hazy.

I think thats a good thing

Give her time to recover and condition her up a bit.
Try give her some small pellets as well as the blood worms, mine love the Hikari cichlid small.
It will help condition her
When you do put him back, just make sure there are hidding places for her, maybe a piece of wood along with the pot... just a suggestion

Thanks for asking Maria ,and Jhb, she was doing well before I left ,her fins healed up nicely.
I am due back home on Saturday and will put them back together in the week, after I do a water change.

Just an update ,i have moved the male back and hoping for the best.
I dont see any damage yet on the female ,and the male is a bit calmer.
