    hey Guys and Girls

so the worst thing happened my helper dropped a full bottle of algae tabs and food into my tank, i managed to get as much as i could out but it was like a carpet it was so much ive done almost close to a 60% water change trying to get as much soggy mess out as possible i just want to ask if my tank will be ok... already lost a pregnet diano (pardon the spelling) and a little worried about the other fish

Use a small net to net out what you can - one of those fine nets will pickup most split food if it is a slow movement.

Actually algae tabs are a much better spill than some high protean flakes ;-) keep you rnose to the tank - make sure you not heading for a fishy smelling tank then Bigger WC's would be required. The last thing I would suggest it turning this into a petri dish by adding loads of chemicals, if you have some microbelift in the cupboard that should be OK to add, other than that - ride the wave.

As an extra precaution you can also stop feeding for 2 or 3 days.

Agree with all. You can add a bit of prime to keep the ammonia in check
