honestly if you want the best vallis at the best price get hold of elite aquatics. i see you from strand though so it is quite a drive i think....
vallis spreads very easily. i used to keep it with my oscars and that stuff grows like wildfire. no ferts no c02. no special lights. very basic...
I know we usually pay a bit more at storesbut elite aquatics sometimes has the ones that have the common name red head cichlid
@top dog im looking to do a tank with more than two fish because I think 700litres for just two is a waste and I doubt a group of flowerhorns...
i love the fact that it has a middle brace just incase of bending glass:laugh: can never be too safe i guess...

@sub-lime I was always under the impression that crushed coral RAISED the ph...havent uses it though but I know Malawi guys put it in their tanks.
Definately 2400 litres. As for the depth id go to atleast 60cm....
