    Here's a picture of a polypterus a friend saw at a lfs, the label just said its an albino polypterus. @Hendre could you tell me more about this little guy please?

    That's an albino P. senegalus, same species as my profile. Nice price too! If you have a 1.2m they're good with other placid fish that can't be eaten. They just don't do well with bullies.

    These are the most active species, my pair are always everywhere :D

    Yup, it's an albino sengal.
    TBh, I am more of a fan of the natural forms.

    My lfs recently got a big shipment of African fish - about 5 different poly's, elephant noses, fahaka puffers, knife fish.
    If I was setting up a new tank, would be so tempted - Could put something really nice together with what they have.
